Sorry, your account was not found! Not getting anywhere with support help needed ASAP.

A quick summary, essentially I tried to login to my Epic Games account last Wednesday. I was met with the error message “Sorry, your account was not found!” out of the blue. No warning as to why or how my account had suddenly been deactivated. I contacted support and they could verify me as the owner of the account I’ve opened up 3 support tickets now all leading to the same result.

  1. They ask for verification (Receipts, IP address, etc)
  2. I am told I have succefully passed verifcation.
  3. I expect " a seperate email with intructions to reset my account.
  4. The separate email never arrives ( I use Outlook/Hotmail, epic support is whitelsited and nothing in my Junk I simply never receive it).
  5. I request for the email/link to be sent to directly via the email chain, but they can’t due to security reasons.

I use UE5 and my market place assets for my day job so this has really set me back, it’s so frustrating, being left in the dark not knowing if I’ll be able to recover my account, so as I last ditch effort I’m using my alt account and posting here.
