Summary

I can’t access fab when I am logged in with my account.

Steps to Reproduce

Log in with my account on the fab page.

Search for Fab’s website in any browser

Expected Result

Access the Fab marketplace and be able to buy assest

Observed Result

I cannot access the fab page to purchase assets. I need a solution to be able to operate normally with my user in the fab page.

Platform

Google Chrome, FireFox, Vivaldi, Brave, Microsoft Edge, Opera

Operating System

Windows 11, Ubuntu 24.04

Additional Notes

It started to happen to me after I bought some free assest. Up to that moment the fab website was working correctly, after that I could not make any operation.

Try with this url: https://www.fab.com/es-es/ (i have remove the additional es-es from the link)

It’s exactly the same, it doesn’t work, not even with fab.com.

The same thing has been happening to me for a few days.

I have found that if you enter with https://www.fab.com/es-mx/ works from google chrome or bing. These are the two browsers I have tried

But if I try to access with the unreal engine 5.4 program when I click on the fab icon to access my library or the marketplace, then it does not work!

Thank you very much, putting “es-mx” works correctly, it is the only one that works for me.
