Hi, I can easily use my e-mail and password to access Epic Games Launcher, where I use the great Unreal Engine, and I can use them to enter Dev Community and Forums as well; but if I try to enter unrealengine.com website I get the message "Sorry the credentials you are using are invalid”. Same thing happens on unrealengine.com/en-US/metahuman-creator clicking on “Launch the app” and then trying to login in order to access the page.
Searching this forum I’ve found similar topics and I’ve sent email to accounts@unrealengine.com as suggested, but I received this answer:
“Thank you for your email. This email address is not monitored. For support, please visit http://help.epicgames.com.”
So I tried to ask the same question on that Epic Games help page, but I received an email from Epic Games PLAYER Support, and that’s the answer:
“The Epic account you write to us from doesn’t seem to have any problems.
If you have any problems regarding the Unreal profile, then I suggest you contact the dedicated support:
https://www.unrealengine.com/en-US/support ”
Now I have a doubt: are Epic Games account and Unreal Engine account two different things? To enter and, for example, try the MetaHuman Creator service, do I have to create a different account? Or maybe, and I think this is the most likely thing, it is a mistake and is there a way to fix it?
Sorry but, in the end, I don’t know where to ask for help!
