Hello there, I can’t buy “Brushify - Studio Edition”. When I use payment method as credit card, I entered valid credit number, name, expiration date and the cvc code. I did many purchases from battle.net and steam with same credit card. But when i tried to buy the product: “Sorry, but your account is not able to make a purchase. Please wait 24 hours and try again.” error occured. My problem is not about buying the product but understanding the reason behind this occurence. I started to mail with FAB’s customer service but there were no useful answer. If someone experienced the same issue, please help me.

Fab support does not have a direct alias that you can email. If you have an issue, you have to submit a ticket directly through that link I shared.
