Sometimes blueprint spawns both without collision and physics

So the problem I have is that: (Runtime) I have foliage. I delete that foliage and spawn an actor. That actor has all the correct collision settings but still doesnt have collision. Anyways, when that actor dies it spawns 2 next actors. Sometimes they have their physics and collisions but sometimes they just spawn and dont move and dont simulate anything, seems like some sort of data loss. But I cant figure it out.
