I’m trying to communicate with the marketplace team, but my replies to accounts@unrealengine.com don’t seem to go through. After a long time without any reply, I got a mail like this from this address:
If I reply to this, I get a confirmation email:
And a week later, I get this:
If I reply to that one, same thing happens:
Something’s telling me my replies don’t go where they’re supposed to go.
Sorry if this isn’t the right place to ask this, but as you can see, asking via email isn’t exactly possible…
