Something's wrong with "Unreal Engine Accounts" - my replies don't seem to go through.

I’m trying to communicate with the marketplace team, but my replies to accounts@unrealengine.com don’t seem to go through. After a long time without any reply, I got a mail like this from this address:

“Just checking in to confirm that you received our last 2 emails:”

If I reply to this, I get a confirmation email:

“Thank you for submitting your request. We have received your request and are working on responding to you as soon as possible. If you have any additional information to add to this case, please reply to this email.”

And a week later, I get this:

“Just checking in to confirm that you received our last 3 emails:”

If I reply to that one, same thing happens:

“Thank you for submitting your request. We have received your request and are working on responding to you as soon as possible. If you have any additional information to add to this case, please reply to this email.”

Something’s telling me my replies don’t go where they’re supposed to go.

Sorry if this isn’t the right place to ask this, but as you can see, asking via email isn’t exactly possible…

…and now I got this:

“We’re waiting to hear from you before we can proceed with your Marketplace Submission. Please follow the instructions in the previous email to proceed. If we haven’t heard from you by June 3rd, we will close your submission.”

Anyone has any idea what’s going on there?

Well all my previous mails got disappeared, so it’s quite unlikely that this one somehow won’t, but i’ll try anyway. Thanks.
