Something wrong with my character animation and walk speed please help!

What is the value of your acceleration?

I already set my character max walk speed to 300. and i added 3 animation to make character idle ,walk and run but when i move the character it will just start to run. i dun know whats wrong with it . i wanna to press shift key then the character can be sprinting.
