Here’s a new video on using Solfeggio frequencies and binaural beats and tuning MIDI inputs and arrays in UE5 Metasounds - if you haven’t heard about this stuff, it’s highly contested but some people believe specific frequencies and/or frequency differences between the left and right channel have some healing properties - why not use it for your Metasound compositions or sound effects such as healing item pick-ups?
