Some questions about eula

Hello,
I would like to publish a game.

  • Release all my project files as an opensource (cpp, textures, sounds, blueprints, basically everything i created (ie i wont redistribute engine binaries) what you need to build the game from source)
  • Can i publish binaries, so people who are lazy to build the project can simply “download an exe” and play it?
I have no plans to make the project commercial, just free & opensource.

Is it possible with unreal engine?
I found UE eula a little bit restrictive, however im not a native english speaker so this kind of legal “****” is not easy to understant.

Thanks

You can release both project files and and executable. The executable needs to display the credits as per the EULA. (And trust me, as commercial software licenses go this one is very allowing.)
