Some players report hitting "invisible walls" Has anyone else experienced this?

I’ve had this issue for some time, I’m hoping someone out there can give me a hand. I’m totally stumped on this one.

Some players report invisible walls in the packaged game that temporarily block forward movement or slowly push players around. This seems to only happen to some players with faster computers, and never happens in the editor. I only noticed the issue when I upgraded to a better pc myself.

I have thoroughly searched the maps, but there are no possible actors/meshes/etc. that could be causing the collision, so the issue seems to be something deeper.
Happens with both keyboard/controller, and the “walls” can sometimes be walked through or slowly moved if strafing or walking backwards as well. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix this?

*note: happens to NPCs as well, so I ruled out a controller movement input issue

I may have found a solution but it doesn’t make much sense to me. Turning on Vsync (or off, then on again) seems to remove the invisible forces causing movement issues. Maybe something to do with refresh rates?

This is definitely a bug, and prevents players from playing without Vsync enabled (possibly on monitors with high refresh rates for some reason)
