Hello ,
It might be possible that the material on the wall might be a one-side material. If you can see the material from the other side, then it will be one-sided. if you select the material using the material picker and enable the Two-sided setting, then it should fix the issue if that's what is happening.
If that isn't the case, then please submit a bug report here and share a copy of your file wit our support team to investigate. When sharing your file, please use the Resource Collector in the Edit menu of Twinmotion to package your file and textures.

The two side I find and it worked some. But I also have problem with the RNT material (model import material) see under. When I turn off the RNT material it`s gone, same as much other in the model.
