Some morph targets aren't firing

I’m trying to import a character from Maya 2020 into ue4. The blendshapes all work fine in Maya but when I import them the shapes for the eyelashes aren’t working for some reason.

I’ve been exporting the character as an FBX and I’ve tried recreating the shape on a completely new blendshape and even changing the attribute it is affixed to. My import settings are default except I have import Morph Targets and Animation checked on. I’m not very experienced with Unreal so I’m at a loss of what else I might try besides exporting the lashes as an alembic. Any ideas?
