Some depth maps shows null values. What could cause this?

Hi,
Three images, unlike hundreds of others show null values. This is part of the roof with 70% of the image showing background. All of them are less than 100 kb in size.
What could cause it? I want to avoid it in the future.
I tried to calculate model of this section again, and I still got the same result.

I tried that, all other export options as well. Same thing.

Is it possible to see the model from those images? Is it possible that those are far away from the object?
By All others export options you mean the undistortion settings? Is it possible that after undistortion the model is not visible on the images (like it is just the edge of the image)? As there is 70% of the image showing background, after undistortion the roof part could be not visible. Yes, it is possible to see the model from those images. I tried all undistortion settings, and also without undistortion. I will follow that tutorial and check.
