(Solved) Windows 11 Professional vs 10 Home performance and crashes in UE 5.0.3 & 5.1.1

After upgrading my PC i installed Windows 11 Professional along with Windows 10 that was already in my computer. I tested City Sample in both systems and both engines. 5.0.3 and 5.1.1. The best performance so far is in Windows 10 and 5.0.3. with around 50fps (starting in around 75fps). In the other hand the City Sample in Windows 10 and 5.1.1 is very laggy and stuttery form the first second, with around 50fps (starting around 120fps). The 13900k CPU running in around 40% and the RTX 3090 GPUrunning around 5%.
Now. With the same specs. In Windows 11 the City Sample increase the GPU running at around 85% and after many lags and stutters, finally crashes the engine in both versions i mentioned before.
Same results i had with the Valley of the Ancient project which is light heavy compared to the City Sample.

Generally Windows 11 Professional increase the GPU running in almost everything i try to do.

Finally I’ve gone back to Windows 10 that works much better and secure.

Have you people any experience about those problems?

The other thing I noticed is that the task manager in Windows 10 shows the GPU running at 4% but it’s wrong info. The true running is about 70%. In Windows 11 the task manager shows the right results almost same at 70%.

Finally I discovered that the Windows 10 task manager shows wrong results.
The right CPU and GPU running results is shown in Windows 11 task manager.
I tested both OS with Asus GPU Twicker III and received the same rates.

The Big City Sample running very smoothly in UE 5.03 starting at about 70fps in editor before play and about 50 in play mode. In both OS at almost the same fps CPU and GPU loading.

In UE 5.11 starting in editor before play at about 120fps and about 50 in play mode BUT in both systems running badly with stutters

Conclusion.
In both OS UE running in regular use almost the same.
Any crashes coming from the memory issues. Overclocking and wrong Bios settings.
