UV Channel 2 is automatically reserved by the engine for baking shadows (light map/when you rebuild the lights or click the “Build” button). That’s why the UVs look different for the second UV channel.

Why do you need so many UV channels? If it’s a wall, you can “spruce it up” with deferred decals to break up the pattern.
