Could you please check what version do you have on your machine?
To check the version, click blue ( ? ) in the top-right corner of the application window.
To get the latest version - open application settings panel under WORKFLOW tab (on the right side of the app ribbon), and click the check for update button. Alternatively, click on the download link in https://www.capturingreality.com/my
Sorry cannot access at all - just a banner across the screen saying update required - I have downloaded the update and installed it but still get the same result.
Cant get the version either because it does not allow to do anything else.

There is a temporary work around and that is to change your system date back a few days, however bear in mind that this will also affect the modified dates of your saved files and can also cause problems with other software.
I have also this problem. Can´t do anything in the software and must update. But I can access the software with changing the system-date.

The downloaded msi file (new version) is exactly the same as the old version
(I did a file compare)
I guess you forgot to update it on the server.
