I tried Reality Capture demo on steam yesterday and it worked perfectly fine. Today I paid for 3 month subscription and find the software stuck at “Acquiring a Steam license” stage. It failed again and again and I can not use the software anymore.
I bought it from China’s Steam account, pls let me know what I can do.
I once thought that acuqiring steam license failure only happens in China. It’s been bugging me since the last few days after I purchase a 3 months subscription on Steam. Then I never get to use the software cuz this stupid error that’s been happening since 2016, it’s a shame of you! Now it’s 2018 already and u are still on steam? As I witness a guy from Turkey bought 1 month subscription in 2016 and never used it cuz he keep getting this error, his problem is not fixed until his license expired. I think this is absurd. If you didn’t fix the problem, you shouldn’t be allow to sell your software on steam! Can u believe there’s any “online” game that you can’t even log in and still selling on steam? I use demo version yesterday and works fine and then I paid now I can’t use it? I’m very very upset and I need solution now.
