Hi , I am facing the same issue… cleared cache in Chrome and Edge … closed and re-opened RC…still getting the error message?? Any other ideas please?

Clear the IE cache too if it is present… this is an issue regarding storing some data in cache… we have already managed to solve it few times this way…
Thanks Miloš, I activated the App using the old-fashioned offline method in the interim … RC works fine now…I don’t have IE installed on my Win10 PC…hence not sure how I can clear the IE (Internet Explorer ?) cache … Have a good day.

Even though you don’t have Internet Explorer installed on your Windows 10 system, some Internet Explorer controls are still present.
In case you do not have Internet Explorer installed, the fix is to clear Browsing History through Control Panel under the Internet Options.
