Hi, after the update, first, i couldn’t texture the imported models.
After a few uninstalls and reinstalls, i can’t even export the raw mesh after i build it in normal detail.

have you cleared the CACHE folder too ?
can you make any screenshots of the issues ?

I cleared the CACHE folder through the program and it’s still the same.

what should we see in the screenshot ??

When you mentioned it will not texturize the model, do you get any error report or so in the CONsole view ??
This description cannot move us to solving the issue…

Hi Wishgranter
When i click the build texture button it takes ages to build the texture. Before the update it took minutes to make the texture. Also the export mesh button is unresponsive. I can’t click it (its grey not white) so i can not export the model.

Neither the align works properly. It reads only 39 photos of 123.

Hi, I have made a video of the process I follow.
I have opened all the settings so you can see if something should be changed and at the end you can see that I can’t export the mesh.
I’m following the same process as I did before the update.

By datasets you mean the Metadata? Because I can’t select that either.
If not, where can I find it?

Hello Kostas,
you are using demo version of the software (see ‘Demo RC’ text in top-right corner). In this version you can’t export your mesh.
Also you can’t work with project from full versions of application in demo version…so you can’t reconstruct models, texture models etc. from demo in full and vice versa.

So you probably accidentally installed DEMO version instead of full version. That’s why you are facing this problems.
