MAYDAY MAYDAY!
When I want to extend my license, I am caugth in a loop.
I gave my details, chose 7 days.
Then I got a weird error message, something about that a license was already active.
Then I was returned to the activation window and I could only chose 8 days now.
Ran through the process again with the same error.
After that, it only offers 9 days!
When I click register online (or similar) at the bottom left, it is just a loop spitting me out at the activation window again.
When I look online in MY, it says it is activated for 14 days (7+8 but -1?).
I cannot access the software, it keeps saying I have to activate it!
Promo, btw.
I did not get a message to update, so it’s still the old version.
Could that be it?

what e-mail is the license assigned to (please send it to our contact form or to my e-mail), what is its name and which build are you using?

I have just deactivated the license. Please try again.
I was able to see that the license had been activated until 17 August 2017 (for 7 days).
I would also recommend you to switch to the latest Promo version (1.0.2.2810).

I did install the new version before trying again, so I guess it was that.
Why does it not prompt to install the new version anymore?
Also, it would be helpful to be able to check the version easily in such a case…

You may have accidentally clicked the prompt away.
Anybody else experiencing the same issue?
Not really.
I started it several times and it never appeared, which surprised me.
And in the past it wasn’t possible to bypass it anyway, at least that’s what I thought.
It was quite a while since I opened it, maybe that has something to do with it?

Well, then it seems to be one of those things that go away with the restart.
You mean computer restart?
Also no, because it still did not work, even after updating and re-starting.
I tried it out just to be sure.
But it’s not really essential, so let’s wait and see what happens next time…

I rather meant this: How and when to reset all settings?
