[SOLVED] License activation issues

Just got stuck in the middle of a job due to license activation issues. I have a valid Promo license that is going to expire in the middle of Octobre. I’ve used up the number of computer swaps, so I plan to work only on desktop until I renew the license.

  1. Before starting this job I knew it would be running past the expiration of the license activation, so I attempted to renew the activation before starting. Error message - all available licenses are in use. Yes of course, I know that! So I have no choice but to start the job and hope RC will allow me to save the work once it’s done, or that I may renew the activation and then save.

  2. When I came to work this morning there was indeed a license activation window open, telling me the activation had expired and needed to be renewed. No luck, same error message as before - all my licenses are in use! After trying this in a few different ways I managed to get the window to close and save my work. I then shut down RC and for good measure restarted the PC, before attempting to launch and activate RC to continue with the work.

  3. I can now not activate RC on any of my computers, even though I have a valid license. This is a serious problem in the middle of a deadline! So I log on to “MY” here to submit a support ticket or find a phone number, because I really need this solved NOW. No such luck - I cannot find any support function anywhere in the website, and no phone number or e-mail for urgent issues. So I’m stuck.
