hello, you can check if for yourself: Program Files / Capturing Reality / RealityCapture / sensorsdb
I can’t see it there

Yeah ill just add it to the XML, its a pretty standard camera.

Hello there,
I found where is the problem.
You have to add identicall camera model as you see in GUI:

sensor.PNG

So instead of “Canon Canon EOS 700D DIGITAL” put there “Canon Canon EOS 700D”, this worked for me ;).

HI~ I’m sorry to reply so late

The yellow triangle it was Solved Thank you very much

But…Focal still wrong, this one is a big problem.because when RC finished Align images and rebuild model . I can see the model is More fat than the reality of the model

Hi,

I have also a problem with my camera BUT i don’t have le sensordb.xml in the directory of the realitycapture install.

I 'd just made another demo install on another computer : and again, i have NOT this file. Why ???

Thank you for your answer.

Hi,
That’s okay. sensordb.xml is in “program data\Capturing Reality” and not in “program\Capturing Reality”.

Hi, I have a steam version of RC and also tried to add my own camera sensor. I followed the instructions above but I still get an yellow exclamation mark. And also this error. Any ideas?

I have this same issue, in the steam folder I update the sensor db xml and nothing changes, I always get the triangle. =/

Sorry, I should have deleted both after I found a similar issue in another thread.

Worked for me. Thank you.
