Hello Frank,
which license do you use?
It is working fine on my side. Can you please share a screenshot of the settings you used and the error message that appears?
hello zuzana,
i am using PGM version 1.0.3.4987, after clicking ok nothing happens…
regards
munch
I tested it with the same settings and same RC version/license and it is working correctly.
Do you have this issue with all models or just this one? Can you please try to save it to a different location?
i tested this with different models, no success!
after clicking the OK button, the window closes and nothing else happens.
when i export to .OBJ, i see a progressbar (also in the console window), this progressbar doesn`t pop up when exporting .FBX (no info in console window, too, simply blank!)
also tried saving .FBX directly to the desktop, no success
There could be an issue when using special characters in the path, like in the cases reported here:
Can you please check if this is not the case?
model name was AAA, so no special characters in filename or filepath (desktop)
In order to test it on our side, would it be possible to send us the project file and folder and other details?
If yes, please send me following files:
project file and folder (no images needed) containing only the model that is causing problem
please go to Application Settings - Global Settings and Export global settings file
screenshot of all files located in the RealityCapture installation folder (e.g. C:\Program Files\Capturing Reality\RealityCapture)
your OS and HW specifications
You can send me download link via contact form on our webpage https://www.capturingreality.com/Contact#Contact
Thank you.
ok, sent!
Hello,
I have replied also to your email.
I believe the problem is in the incorrect output coordinate system. Can you please reset the application settings, set the output coordinate system properly and try again? Thanks.
hello zuzana,
yes - after resetting the app - the FBX-export is working again.
I never changed anything in this section…strange?!
Thank you
Holy crap that model looks amazing! how many cameras do you have for that type of res? and are you located in Canada? haha
