clear the IE or EDGE CACHE and try again it should work…

In case anyone finds this …
I’m running Windows 10, which (in my copy, anyway) has BOTH Edge and IE. It seems that it was IE that needed clearing. In Edge I was trying to determine which setting was needed - I guess it’s cached data and files (Edge) or Temporary Internet files and website files (IE) but by the time I started checking IE I’d lost patience and cleared the lot.
Wishgranter - it would be helpful for users that actually use IE/Edge as their browser to know exactly which check box is needed, so they can e.g. avoid clearing all cookies for all websites and having to log in everywhere again.
