[SOLVED] Bug 16088: I can't export to OBJ and ply file now

Hi Sir

 

I recently setup up the RealityCapture version 1.0.3.5753 RC

 

It worked well in the previous version.

 

But, Now… I can’t export to OBJ and ply file now…

 

I am very serious T_T…

 

I attach a reference picture…

 

Please reply as soon as possible.

We have already replied through contact form. 

Please could you share with us:

  • print screen of your export settings.
  • project data (project file and folder with *.dat files)
  • global RC stings file (to export it workflow tab click settings then global settings - export global settings)

Hello,

if this error appears, please try to close RC, launch it with holding Shift key, choose Reset the application settings and try export again.
