I just purchased the promo license and am very upset that both the online and offline activations are failing. When I try online activation, it gives an error immediately, though my internet connection is good. For offline, I’ve uploaded the unlock.bin and downloaded a license, but it says “failed to import license”.
Is there a server down? Why does the offline activation not work? So disappointing. I would like this fixed very soon or I will have to pursue a refund.
I have the exact same issue here. The software worked this morning, but tonight it seems to fail. I can upload the unlock.bin file, download the license.txt, but activation on my machine fails with “failed to import the selected license file”.
Please fix, because I need the program on a daily basis for the foreseeable future.
