SOLUTION - How to get android device to be back in device manager ?

After scratching my head around for quite a while and installing all the recommended drivers , I was still not getting the device to be recognized in Unreal .

Revoke USB debugging authorization followed by restarting the device might have been it .
I installed Vysor to be more comfy while testing and as soon as it was installed , up and running , my UE5 recognized the device . Building a test project now using metasounds to see how it works on android atm . Followed the steps described here and worked out .

##this steps would not be required in the future I guess
