Software recommondation for outlining the story?

Hi there
Coming from film and animation i am used to software like scrivener or writers cafe to layout and write my stories but they are focus on a linear story telling approch.
So i think for the stroy of a game i think i need something special to keep track on the connections and desicions the player can make and the diffrent ways how the story can evolve.
I would be happy about some recommondations!

Thanks for your anwser, bu i think thats a step that i haven’t reached yet. I am still in the developing phase of the story and i think i need more like a tool to visualize where certain desicions of the player lead to. Kind of a mind map tool but with the ability to have more levels of informations in every node. I am still some steps away from dialogues.

Yes, i think that is the only way. I think, what i was searching for dosen’t exists. A mind map tool with underlying features that you can have many informations inside a node without having to much text you see if you navigate inside the mind map.
