Trying to get control rig working, and have made a skeleton and mesh (imported from maya .fbx) and skinning and joints come through.
I try and add a sockets inside the skeleton mesh and it looks like it’s saved. I then right click on the asset, and go to Create > Modular rig. It makes it, and shows ONLY MY SPINE with a socket. If I look in the viewport and Character > Bones > Sockets, I can see visually they’ve imported but they refuse to show up in the Rig Hierarchy. I’ve updated my scenes, paths, started a blank UE scene, everything data wise should be clean especially since I’m adding the sockets INSIDE UE5.
How come they aren’t selectable inside the Control Rig, but only one (out of a quad character with 10+) shows up? How can I make sure to populate it more? I want to be able to add ‘Tail’ from the modular assets in the Rig module, but it won’t let me add it to the joints/skeleton without having a socket?
