Why if i have glass roof (winow or something) then the rain and snow fall throught in to interior...?

At this time, any translucent materials, such as glass, are not able to block weather like opaque materials can.
If you would like to simulate the effect of glass materials blocking weather, you can create a copy of the object with the glass material and apply an opaque material to the copy. Then increase the height of the copied object so it is not visible. There is an example of this in the Lakehouse Retreat demo scene with the Weather Occluder objects in the scene graph.

This is due to a technical limitation involving the translucent materials that prevent them from reacting to weather as opaque materials do.
