Snapping not working at all

I am going through the “Your First Hour in Unreal Engine 4” tutorial and I am on “Building your First Level”.

In there, they have me changing the snap to 100 before duplicating the floor. It then says move four to have it aligned.

Well I did everything it says and snapping isn’t occurring. My movement of dragging the floor is smooth with zero snapping. Snapping is enabled/checked and it is set to 100.

Does anyone know what is going on?

click the snapping button again and make sure its highlighted. if its not highlighted it is turned off and there will be no snapping regardless what the value is set to
