How can I properly use Camera Shake in the Sequencer when blending between different cameras in the Camera Cuts track? The issue I’m facing is that the blending becomes abrupt when Camera Shake is applied to the cameras, preventing smooth transitions.
How can I resolve this?
Additionally, it would be great if EPIC could implement a feature to apply Camera Shake directly on the Camera Cuts track, rather than on individual cameras.
Hello,
Enable Blending on the Camera Cuts Track:
Right-click on the Camera Cuts track and enable the blending option. This allows you to drag between camera cut sections to create a smooth transition.
Use the “Lock Previous Camera” Option:
Right-click on the Camera Cut timeline section that includes the transition into the Sequencer animation and select the “Lock Previous Camera” option. This ensures that the Sequencer copies the transform of the previous camera, providing a smoother blend.
Add Camera Shake to the CameraComponent Track:
Instead of adding Camera Shake directly to the camera, add it to the CameraComponent track. This can help in maintaining consistency in the shake effect during transitions.
