SMF TLS coordinate systems problem

I have imported one component from other project with some tie-points (some of them are control points). I am working in local coordinate system. I want to add some laser scanning data in e57 format which are in the same coordinate system joint it with SFM. But when I set “Merge georeferenced componennts” on true and than “Align Images”, TLS and SFM data don’t match in position?

Could it be because of SFM component appears to be non metric even I used GCP?

How can I fix it?

Please disable those options…

If you have GCPs and set properly the project coordinate system, it will be solved correctly…
