SM4 limitation corrected with "Parallel Desktop 11"?

Hello,

I’m a Mac User and I’m having issues with SM4 limitations related to my OS X operating system (I have el Capitan).
Do you think if I run Windows on my Mac though 'ParallelDesktop 11" it could work without having SM4 limitation?

And will it work well for the 3D graphics?

By the way, Is UE4.13 preview solving this problem?
