By default it’s really going too fast!

I am not sure if I understand your question correctly. But if you mean just a basic camera in the editor then just click on menu in right corner of the screen and set it as you want

What you are refering apply only in the viewport…but when i lauch PLAY or package a project…the speed change…it’s much more faster.
Did you solve this? I have the same question. Everyone’s answer is to change camera options once in editor mode. But not in action play mode.
