Sliding on spline

Hello, i need a help for an jump n run
So my questions is only for one function…
How can i make with an [has tag] to slide the spline along with my character if he hit the mesh of the spline and he get from the position that he collide with the spline to the end of the spline???
I just need help there and i hope some one can help me…
