As you can see the slider buttons don’t fit inside their Scale Box. And I can’t make them look right. It’s odd because in 4.9 this wasn’t a problem.
Okay I figured it out. There is an “Indent Handle” Checkbox in the styling of the slider box:
Check that box and it’s fixed:
