Slate SVerticalBox vs SScrollBox ( When collapsing a vertical box even with auto height it is instantaneous and glitchy, this doesn't happen on scrollBox )

So i can’t re-arrange the child widgets in a scroll box, because there is no Insert function
But in a vertical box i can, the problem is, the vertical box is glitchy appearance-wise ( When inside a expandable area, collapse it and you will see what i am talking about )

*This is a bug report, i don’t know where else to report it

btw forgot to mention .AutoHeight() makes the animation worst, but without it the height is never correct in a list
