I agree, I have a similar problem. Out of 600 models on sketchfab, only 8 were transferred here to fab, and there is no way to resume the transfer or continue it, it says that the transfer is in progress, although a notification was sent to the mail about the completed transfer of 8 models, and I actually have 600 of them.
