Hi,
I am having trouble with downloading in any assets from the sketchfab library into my twinmotion model. I am already signed in but it continues to ask "please sign into download". I have tried to log out of all browsers and all things signed into Epic Games but this does not work. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Twinmotion but again to no avail. I don't understand as the Quixel Megascans works fine and I can download fine from there.

Unfortunately, this is caused by an issue with email verification.
Please follow the steps in the How to verify the email address on your Epic Games account - Epic Accounts Support article to verify your email address, once complete it should then allow access to the Sketchfab library in Twinmotion.
Our team is actively working on a fix and should be available in the next hotfix.
