In TM 2023 I have downloaded a model from the Sketchfab library but after I do it once I can not download a second model. I click on the download icon and the circular wheel greys out like it wants to download buy nothing happens. The pop up window says “obtaining license”. I am signed in properly. I have also signed in and out of Epic a few times.
