Skeletons, methods, and opinions

Hi everyone I have been experimenting on a few methods on creating humanoid skeletons. However, I am still new to game development and would like some opinions on whether or not to have a skeleton include the hair bones or to simply keep the skeleton basic without any inclusion of bones of the hair. I will be trying to use the bones for the hair to create hair physics for the project, but I also figured that the hair can be imported individually and later attached to the skeletal mesh. I want to use the best option instead of consistently experimenting and slowing the progress of my project. Any ideas and opinions will help a lot!
