Skeleton retargeting issue

Hello, I have recently imported a Vroid model into Unreal Engine and am trying to replace my default mannequin with it. The mannequin and its animations were imported from Mixamo and I noticed despite its humanoid appearance it doesn’t actually have a humanoid rig. My attempts to retargeting either end with catastrophically glitchy models or the model staying in T Pose.

Do I need to name the bones one by one on both models to match in order retarget the animations onto the Vroid model or is there an easier way to do this? Please see screenshots for reference:
