Skeleton is modified when importing from blender

Hello everyone,
I’m facing an issue when importing a skeleton (armature) from blender. My character is a trash can and I rigged it manually. When importing it, the skeleton is completely modified.
Skeleton in Blender :


The biggest bone is called Main, the little one Lid. There is a small bone named root but it is hidden in the Main one.
Skeleton in UE :

Both root and Main bones are just spheres located at the origin, and the Lid bone is completely wrong placed.
Any help is appreciated !
