SkeletalMesh Physics Asset (PHAT) sometimes becomes non-physical if actor is still

Is this a known issue? I was able to fix it temporarily only by making my enemy always slide down the screen at 0.5 speed or so, that makes the physics asset never “enter sleep moe” but I would hope to solve the issue completely, since it could break my replay function later if physics is this unreliable.

Other factors: there’s a morph target that deforms the main mesh quite a bit, but does not move the Phat bodies out of place
