Skeletal meshes squashed after upgrading to 4.23

I upgraded from 4.22.3 to 4.23 and now my skeletal meshes are not rendering correctly on iOS 12.4.1 . They seem to be squashed. This is not happening with static meshes. See the attached screenshots. There was no issue rendering on device with 4.22.3. Has anyone else seen problems like this or have any idea of a work around?
