Skeletal mesh tiny and rotated on import, animations fine?

Importing from blender, my skeletal mesh is incredibly small while the animations are all the right size, I have no idea what’s causing this
The only error I get on import is that the bone size is too small

Usually this means that your mesh is still scaled in Blender. Get in object mode select everything (mesh, armature, …) hit CTRL-A (Apply) and choose “Rotation and Scale”. You could take a look if the character is scaled if you hit “N” to open that sidebar and take a look at the “scale” value. It should be always 1.0 before you export.
