There is a some fbx-file of skeletal mesh. After importing this file to the Unreal Editor the next problem occurs. The material is assigned to the element with index N is actually applyed to the element with index N+1. Total number of mesh sections for material assignment is equal to 25.

I tried to reproduce this with 4.5.1 but cannot see the same issue. I setup a simple column asset with 25 segments to create my multi material object. Importing as a skeletal mesh and as a static mesh did not cause any issues.
Can you verify what engine version you’re using and if this is only happening with this asset or others as well? If it is happening with others can you tell me which modeling program you’re using and provide more detailed repro steps?
