Skeletal Mesh Disappearing During Animation Play

Hi, I made a rigged character with a skeletal animation in Maya 2022, and when I import it into Unreal Engine 5.1, the mesh disappears when I try to play the animation in sequencer

The animation seems to import, since it displays the proper length of the animation in the editor and also when I click on the animation to see the preview - it plays correctly with assigned mesh

Once I add it sequencer and then about to play the mesh disappears and I cant find it – Im frustrated lol because everything was working well before

Any advice ?

Whenever someone on here has a similar issue, in the end its the scale of the imported animation that is wrong.

Could be that, could be something else. Hard to know.

Yah I changed the uniform scale from 1 to 100 - still nothing

crazy thing is that it was working before so I don’t what happen here
