Skeletal animation in sequencer is ignored during cloth simulation.

I have a mesh of a belt. It has a skeleton for more control. Then it has a cloth simulation on some parts.

I bend the belt in Sequencer, put keyframes.

When I press Play level/Simulate level the belt ignores keyframes in Sequencer but simulates cloth. (Other animations in sequencer work well, so it is not a simultaneous playback issue.)

Is there any ways to make the belt perform animation/pose from Sequencer AND cloth simulation at once?
